The easiest and safest way to order repeat medication is by registering for our online service or by telephone (see below) or you can use your repeat prescription request slip.  The slips should be posted into the relevant boxes provided at both sites.

Online: In order to access online prescription ordering for the first time, you will need to visit the surgery in person to register for this service and obtain a user name and password.  Or you can use the NHS app (you will need your NHS number to register).

Telephone: Please call 01652 648214 and choose Option 3 during normal opening times

or

via the new automated service on 01652 241164.  You will need to contact the practice to register for a pin to access the new automated service.

For urgent telephone enquiries regarding prescriptions/medication please call either surgery.

Please note that at least 3 working days notice is required to collect a prescription to take to a chemist

Your nominated pharmacy will advise how long they need in order to dispense your medications ready for collection. 

For those patients who live more than a mile from a chemist we are able to dispense medicines from this surgery.  The dispensary is open during normal surgery hours.

For Patients who live within a mile of a chemist, prescriptions will be provided by the doctor during consultations for patients to take to a pharmacy of their choice.
