The contact us form has now been removed.

You can now contact us for any medical or administrative request by clicking on the SystmConnect or Appointments tab, then the new request button. For urgent matters please ring the practice. 

Please note when contacting the practice on the phone, your call will be put through to EMMA our AI receptionist, if you wish to speak to a Receptionist, please advise EMMA and your call will be put through to the next available agent who may be working at either the Kirton or Scotter site. Our staff have access to the same information, so either site should be able to help with your query. 

If you would like to speak to a named individual, please let the Receptionist know and they will be able to transfer you to the right site.
